No-Cook Chocolate and Vanilla Mousse



2 whole eggs

2 egg yolks

1 vanilla bean, split and scrapped

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup heavy cream

3 tbs Kahlua (or orange juice if being made for children)

12 ounces bitter sweet chocolate


Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.  Combine the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla bean in blender.  Add the heavy cream and Kahlua into the mixer.  When well mixed, add in the melted bitter-sweet chocolate.  Pour into serving dishes and chill to set up.
