Vanilla Pineapple Tequila

1 large bottle of Tequila
1 vanilla bean
1 fresh pineapple (peeled and without the core)
1/4 c. Mexican sugar

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a lid and let sit in a cool dark place for 6 weeks.  Then put through a colander to get all the tequila and juice out of the pineapple.  

ENJOY

Makes really good margaritas and really good SHOTS!!!
